For PEEK raw material products, we have PEEK grinding equipment. The product particle size D50 reaches 75um, 48um, 24um and 16um. The products are suitable for PEEK molding, spraying, additive and SLS 3D printing.
In terms of the modified PEEK raw materials, we purify and filter PEEK to obtain ultra-pure PEEK suitable for extruding cables, films and 3D printing filaments. We can also provide special modified PEEK product formulations, such as ceramic reinforcement, wear resistance enhancement, steel-backed bearings, electronic cigarettes, etc. And we can customize and develop according to customer requirements.

For the semi-finished products, we cooperated with Jilin University and launched 3 lines of profile continuous extrusion production, It includes PEEK pipe materials with the widest range of sizes. The maximum diameter can enable the production and processing of a PEEK ring with a diameter of up to 2 meters. We focus on carbon fiber and glass fiber PEEK sheets and rods, providing services for manufacturers that meet the needs of special modified PEEK.
